Mobile App: Open an email from the school, tap the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner, and select Add to Contacts (or tap the sender name and select Add to VIP/Contacts).

Web Browser:

1. Click the Settings gear icon (top right) > See all settings.
2. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab > Create a new filter.
3. In the From field, enter @cherrycreekschools.org.
4. Click Create filter, check Never send it to Spam, and click Create filter.

🍎 Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, Mac)

iOS / iPadOS: Open an email from the school, tap the sender's email address at the top, and select Add to VIP or Create New Contact.

Mac Mail:

• Open an email from the school.
• Click the drop-down arrow next to the sender name and select Add to Contacts or Add to VIPs.
• (Optional Rule) Go to Mail > Settings > Rules > Add Rule. Set If [From] [contains] [@cherrycreekschools.org], then Move Message to mailbox: [Inbox].

📬 Outlook / Hotmail / Live

Web Browser:

1. Click the Settings gear icon (top right) > Mail > Junk email.
2. Under Safe senders and domains, click + Add.
3. Enter @cherrycreekschools.org and press Enter / Save.

Desktop App: On the Home tab, click Junk > Junk E-mail Options > Safe Senders tab > Add... > enter @cherrycreekschools.org > OK.

💌 Yahoo Mail

Web Browser:

1. Click the Settings gear icon > More Settings > Filters.
2. Click Add new filters and name the filter (e.g., "School").
3. Under From, choose contains, and type @cherrycreekschools.org.
4. Under Choose a folder to move to, select Inbox > Save.

Mobile App: Open a message from the school, tap the sender's name/address, and select Add to contacts.

💡 Universal Tip: If you ever find a school email in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder, open it and click "Report not spam" or "Move to Inbox" to help train your email provider automatically.
