Hawk Pledge: Annual Financial Giving Program

We invite you to join us in making a positive impact on the educational experiences of our students and teachers at High Plains Elementary. Sign up TODAY to donate to the High Plains PTCO Annual Financial Giving program, Hawk Pledge. This fundraiser is taking the place of Soaring for Success and will be ongoing until the end of the school year.

🎯 Goal: $10,000
In hopes of achieving this amount, we are suggesting a pledge of $50 to $100 per student, however, any amount is appreciated. To provide greater flexibility, families have the option to set up a one-time or recurring monthly donation from January through May. Your pledge, no matter the amount, helps provide the necessary support to meet our financial commitments for the school year and continue the important work we are doing together as a community. We appreciate your consideration and support.

How to Set Up Your Pledge

Please visit the High Plains PTCO Website to set up your Hawk Pledge TODAY! If you are not already registered with Membership Toolkit, please be sure to register first (required in order to make a donation). Once logged into the PTCO website, select Hawk Pledge under the Fundraising tab at the top of the page. You will be directed to the Hawk Pledge homepage where all important information is located, including instructions on how to make a payment(s).

Cash or check donations are also accepted and may be dropped off at the school front office. Please make checks payable to High Plains PTCO.

Where Your Donations Go (2024-2025 PTCO Budget Allocations):

  • Instructional Paraprofessionals* and Library Tech: $118,000
  • Grade-Level Field Trips (help to offset cost): $6,000
  • Academic Enrichment Funds for Teachers & Classrooms: $11,000
  • Field Day: $750
  • Classroom Parties: $2,200
  • Hospitality and Community Events: $8,000
  • School Technology Maintenance & Upgrades: $3,000

*Instructional Paraprofessionals are a significant portion of the PTCO budget, serving an important role supporting our classroom teachers and students.
